Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however should you wish to exchange an item, you'll be issued with a store credit once the product is received and deemed to be in new and unused condition. Shipping costs for change of mind exchanges are at the expense of the customer. Store credits will be valid from the date the return/exchange is finalised for a period of up to three (3) years, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY

Darling Folk inspects all items thoroughly before sending to customers, however in the very unlikely event that your product arrives faulty, please email us at hello@darlingfolk.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your product and we will endeavour to provide a refund to the original payment method or store credit where suitable.

The cost of return shipping of faulty products will be at the expense of the customer until the return is finalised, the customer will then be reimbursed the cost of standard shipping ($9.99).

Please note that products that have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered faulty.

 ** Variations in print placement and colouring are not considered faults. Naturally occurring imperfections in fabric and/or making way are not considered faults, rather individual differences which make each mat unique**
